Caroline Mc Manamon
Director of Operations
Caroline oversees the operations of end-to-end to journey. Exercising her ability to increase the efficiencies and motivate her people – whilst never deviating from her focus on the adviser experience and achieving the best possible customer outcomes. In her spare time Caroline loves spending time her family and socializing with friends, listening to eighties music and exploring new restaurants.
Case Handler Team Leader
Collette leads the case handler team. Her focus is to do anything she can to get an application moving forward – from chasing missing information or solicitors. A master motivator, organiser and problem solver. To switch off after work Collette enjoys sewing as well as spending quality time with her family.
Head of Sales Operations
Emma is a master at keeping clients happy and finding solutions to problems – as well as seeking out new opportunities. Emma uses the same TLC to enhance sales operations as she does when baking her tasty new cupcake creations. She also has a passion for the performing arts, being an occasional thespian and amateur dancer.

I have over 43 years experience in financial services, starting in 1980 as an IFA and moving into provider world in 1985 as Regional Director at RSA for over 19 years moving to Partnership in 2004 as ER Director finally joining m2l in 2014 where I am now the Sale Director
National Account & Networks Manager
With 30 years of experience in business development Fran has a wealth of technical and industry knowledge – enabling her to support advisers with challenging cases and strategies to grow their businesses.
Fran is a proud wife and mother, regularly treating them to her infamous baking skills.
Harsha helps manage and mentor the growing more2life team of underwriters – training 10 new team members within the last year. As well as training and advising new underwriters her diverse role includes manging relationships with our funders, looking at complex technical queries, and diffusing complex cases and escalations. Outside of work Harsha enjoys walks in the countryside with her family – which often turn out to be longer than expected after a few wrong turns and popping into a few pubs for refreshments.
Henry is the lead for the more2life Marketing team, aiming to provide advisers with the marketing support & materials they need to help deliver successful customer outcomes. Outside of work Henry plays and referees rugby, and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and two gundogs.
Jennifer ensures a smooth transition between external solicitors and the more2life team. Her technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing and leasehold enfranchisement, helps avoid potential delays. A real outdoorsy type, Jennifer loves enjoying hikes around the lake district with her two kids and is always planning their next holiday.
Adviser Support Team Leader
Steven leads the team that supports financial advisers with things like pre-application queries, lending criteria’s and case updates - with the aim of providing one-touch resolutions by liaising with other departments to speed up the progress of applications.
When he’s not working or spending time with his family - you’ll find in him getting frustrated on the golf course, cheering on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light or playing videogames.
B2B Sales Team Leader
Paula has been listening to and supporting financial advisers for five years at more2life – providing a breadth of knowledge about products, lending criteria and the equity release market. Paula is a cardio queen - walking, running and cycling whenever she’s not spending time with her wonderful family.
National Sales Manager
Rachel looks after the business development managers at more2life, overseeing strategy and distribution in the Southwest and South Wales regions. A finalist for BDM of the year in the 2022 Financial Reporter Awards, Rachel has a wealth of regional market knowledge and strong adviser relationships. Outside of work Rachel is real animal lover - and loves her free time taking care of two horses, two dogs and chickens - making an eclectic animal family! She is also a sharpshooter at clay-pigeon shooting.

I joined more2life in October 2022 as Sales Manager and I have enjoyed the challenge of getting to grips with the fast paced, ever changing Equity Release landscape. My role here at M2L is to guide and support the sales team ensuring they deliver the best possible outcomes for advisers and their clients.

I’ve worked for the group 9 years in March and started off as an Annuity broker, I then moved onto working for more2life. I started in the adviser support team before moving onto Account managing which I love as I strive to help advisers meet their client’s needs. I am also a mum now and have a great work/life balance.

Ben is the man with the plan and has spent the past 20 years building his knowledge and experience within the financial services industry. He now utilises his expertise to expand and innovate the change and operations team.
